Description:
Anthony Machine is hiring an Account Manager / Inside Sales position to support its growing business as the largest, most established machine shop in South Texas. This position will have direct interface with our blue-chip roster of customers generating demand for orders, fulfilling the ordering and customer interface related to the machining of major components to support their operations.
Our Account Managers, directly and indirectly, are involved in supporting the full cycle of providing manufacturing service to the customers, starting with quoting, order review, material procuring, material and service vendors, production status monitoring and communication with departments, documentation processing per customer requirements and control of just in time order delivery.
This position offers a dynamic, team-oriented work atmosphere often requiring expedited processing while maintaining extraordinary customer service, on time delivery and precision in manufacturing, documentation and quality.
This individual will need excellent communication skills, be organized and detail-oriented, and be comfortable working with applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word and our in-house ERP system, JobBoss. Previous experience with JobBoss is not required but understanding of manufacturing operations is a plus.
